Completed Kingdom Services deck project

Our Work: Construction & Land Projects in Central Texas

Real projects from the Kingdom Services crew across Central Texas.

Construction

16′ × 46′ outdoor living deck

Our largest deck to date — from bare ground to a finished wraparound deck with cable railing.

The problem: a beautiful brick country home with a covered patio, but nowhere to actually spread out. The back yard was bare dirt and rock that turned to mud after a rain.

What we built: a 16-foot by 46-foot deck running the length of the house, set on concrete piers sized for Central Texas clay, with pressure-treated framing, a cable railing that keeps the view open and wide steps down to the yard. It's now a full outdoor living and dining space. See our custom deck building page for how we approach projects like this.

Construction

Wall removal & open floor plan

Taking out an interior wall, setting a new header beam and finishing a wide-open room.

The problem: two small, closed-off rooms with a wall splitting the space and blocking light from the windows.

What we did: stripped the wall to the studs, checked what it was carrying, set a new header beam across the opening with proper support at each end, then finished it with drywall and trim. The result is one bright, open room. For finish work like this, see our interior trim service.
